This institute was founded by Sri Sadagopan Rajesh, in 1997 after gaining 6 years of teaching experience.
The institute is dedicated to teaching, learning, and research in education, mainly to equip students across different levels (Std 5 to college students) with knowledge, skills, and values necessary for personal and professional growth.The institute was focussing mainly on the subjects Maths and Science and currently on Mathematics only.
The courses are structured to facilitate learning of both subject and working disciplines, at various levels, dealt with by the same faculty.This is to ensure that the seed of proper learning is laid at the younger age and the teacher/mentor travels mentally with the student, thus ensuring a strong bonding between the teacher and the student.
The institute is organised and transparent in the process of educating. The institute is governed by a set of ethical policies, designed to maintain academic standards, integrity, and a conducive learning environment.
A unique curriculum developed by Sadagopan Rajesh, which caters across all the boards, through highly interactive sessions and counselling in parallel, are the key aspects of this institute. The institute ensures the smooth functioning by managing limited resources, staff, and students for maintaining the efficiency.
In order to propagate to a larger reach, the institute nurtures students and teachers of other institutes, through various enrichment programmes. The institute also participates or co-works in certain educational programmes, to enhance the overall learning experience. A lot of students who have followed the curriculum, and the learning disciplines, have hugely benefited and are successful in their respective academic programmes or professions and beyond. The institute is happy to note that the students who developed critical thinking, practical skills, and ethical values, thereby fit, adapt and contribute a lot to the society.
The institute continues to promote innovation, creative thinking, problem-solving skills and presentation skills across various levels.ABIMS currently focuses only on Mathematics with integrating technology into classrooms through online resources, and virtual learning environments. It emphasises mainly on Action and Assessment, bridging between Aspiration and Achievement through the three basic thinking disciplines: Proper reading, Proper Writing and Proper communication.
The institute is continuing its service of constructing the students knowledge path on their own, rather than instructing them.
